Mountain Top specializes in wheat free, dairy free and gluten-free product, catering to customers who have food intolerances, allergies, or other difficulties such as celiac disease. Many of our products can be made sugar free. All of our wonderful food such as: bread, muffins, pastries, cookies, cakes and pizzas are made from scratch in our gluten free kitchen. Also, everything that we purchase is carefully inspected so we can assure that there is no gluten cross-contamination.

Maltodextrin is a popular natural flavouring in many varieties. It is considered an ALLOWED ingredient by the Canadian Celiac Association as it is almost always corn based (in Canada) unless otherwise specified. A few varieties list wheat maltodextrin in their ingredients. Please check with the manufacturer if you are concerned.
